CREAMY CHEESY POTATOES » Get Off Your Butt and BAKE!.

Trying this recipe tomorrow.  Love the name of her blog.  Cheese?  Good.  Potatoes?  Good.  Half & half?  Good.  As a side dish for homemade steak strips?  Oh yeah.

  1. I used to make these with sliced potatoes. Even for branding once.

  2. I’m just about to make my version of cheesy potatoes (will cross reference “Get Off Your Butt and Bake” to see what I’m missing!) but can you hook all of us up with a fool proof delicious pork chop recipe?!?!

  3. Sorry Kathleen – that’s the wrong protein for my knowledge base! Any pork around here is usually in bacon form, or in the bulk breakfast sausage we have blended with beef. On a rare occasion I will dice up pork for homemade egg rolls or pork noodles. However the beauty of pork chops is that they are basically a blank canvas and will absorb whatever flavors you throw at them. The key is keeping them from drying out – try searching for “moist” pork chop recipes (Food Network is one of my favorite spots for new recipes). Let me know if you find something worth sharing!
